Hitting you with THREE new products for the holidays!
First up, Perilla Dust. Made with perilla leaves (깻잎) grown by us. You’ve heard us rave about perilla before, it’s probably the most popular herb/veggie in Korea aside from napa cabbage. The strong minty, basil-y flavor becomes is even more concentrated once dehydrated. We LOVE sprinkling this on plain rice, on eggs, tofu, and grilled meats.
We also made some Kombucha Vinegar infused with local blueberries and organic rose petals. Think ACV and the same health benefits, but with less acidic. You’ll love it in homemade salad dressing with our booch vinegar, olive oil, and miso.
Finally, Kimchi Hot Sauce. This stuff is Flavor Bomb. We captured the lovely umami flavor of kimchi in a hot sauce, and the result is liquid magic that’s packed with flavor. Try it on…. Everything.
