INGREDIENTS:

3 cup cooked short grain white rice

1 cup chopped Spicy Napa Kimchi

¼ cup kimchi juice

¼ cup water
-
2-3 tbsp gochujang
-
3 tsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp vegetable oil
-
1 scallion, chopped
-
1 tbsp sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:

Heat up a pan with vegetable oil

Stir fry kimchi in the pan for 3 min

Add kimchi juice and gochujang to pan. Stir fry for 5 min
-
Add rice and water, continue to stir fry for 5 min
-
Remove from heat and add sesame oil and mix evenly
-
sprinkle the sesame seeds and scallion
OPTIONAL:
Add a sunny side up egg on top
