Kimchi Fried Rice


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cup cooked short grain white rice

  • 1 cup chopped Spicy Napa Kimchi

  • ¼ cup kimchi juice

  • ¼ cup water

  • 2-3 tbsp gochujang

  • 3 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

  • 1 scallion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat up a pan with vegetable oil

  2. Stir fry kimchi in the pan for 3 min

  3. Add kimchi juice and gochujang to pan. Stir fry for 5 min

  4. Add rice and water, continue to stir fry for 5 min

  5. Remove from heat and add sesame oil and mix evenly

  6. sprinkle the sesame seeds and scallion

 

OPTIONAL:

Add a sunny side up egg on top
